It all started with Toppstöðinn at Rafstöðivegur.
Toppstöðinn is more than traditional commercial housing. It is an idea about how to rethink space, mix business activities, sports and outdoor activities and create a vibrant place where people work, exercise and meet. The project is based on a strong connection to the environment, the history of the area and the activities that take place there.
Although the projects are not many, each of them is carried out with ambition and with a clear vision of future use, quality and sustainability. We do not invest in the short term, but build assets that stand the test of time.
